Built backwards from your goal
Add your races and mark the one that matters most as your A race; the others become B or C races. The season is laid out backwards from it: Preparation, Base 1 to 3, Build 1 and 2, Peak, Race and Transition, each block a few weeks long.
To build it, the coach asks about your goal, your other races, the time you have each week, your background and any injuries. It proposes starting and peak hours and a three- or four-week cycle; you look it over and build the season in one click.
Every week has its numbers
Each week of the plan holds its target hours, its phase and week in the block, its strength phase (adaptation, maximum strength or maintenance), what to work on, and your notes. Each phase has its own mix of easy, moderate and hard training, so a Base week and a Build week don't just differ in hours.
Change a week and the plan stays yours: you can edit any week by hand, or ask the coach to rework a block.

The calendar follows the plan
Every week in the calendar shows what's done and what's still planned against the plan's target, and each session is marked on plan, partly done, missed or off plan once your watch syncs. Drag a session to move it, hold Alt to copy it, or pull a workout in from your library.
Strength sessions count in the week's hours, so a week with two strength sessions isn't quietly heavier than the plan says.
